Just stopped in to get a couple orders of chicken for the boys back at site. Absolutely love the chicken... And the service was quick!
We ordered 2 boxes of chicken and ask for 2 pcs spicy for each box. We went back home only to find out that they gave us 12pcs spicy chicken. Like how are the kids gonna eat a spicy chicken? I called immediately and the one who took our order misunderstood what we said. I asked if we could change them so that the kids could eat. She said the manager said no. It wasnt even our fault that the gave us the wrong order. So disappointing! Next time try to listen carefully to what people order.
