Love coming here, the Young man at the counter is such a Delight and always makes the visit 10/10. This kid definitely deserves recognition for his efforts, you rarely get service this friendly and Informative these days!
Went to the Mary Brown’s in thickwood tonight. The young gentleman running till was amazing! The most professional and courteous person I have met in a long time. Great job and keep it up!
Tonight, went with my friend to Mary browns. I’m not a regular Mary brown chicken guy BUT this guy at the counter, tall blond guy, gave us the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. He dealt with us the best way possible. He needs to be studied as an example of what customer service needs to be. Even a couple was there complaining and he kept his calm, apologized and kept making orders like nothing happened ! Great job who ever you are !
Had food threw on the floor by the driver with complete rudeness all cause he had lots of orders and got the address wrong and was mad at his own mistake and he tossed bags of food on the floor as we opened the door. we said we be fileing a complaint he said go ahead. then the store said I would need to bring it back to be refunded so entire box went to the trash cause there wasn't spouse to be wasted gravy over the food and no one was able to drive . Again, as usual, messed up my order if you take the time to charge me for something then at least give it to me because I always mess up my order. I’m tired of coming back. I’m not even gonna bother anymore.
