The chicken was very dry and stringy. We ended up throwing out most of our chicken burgers. The quality of food at this location has gone down hill.
The chicken sandwiche is a hit and miss, its never consistent. I found it oily and a bit cold. Looks like it was sitting on the shelf for too long. The taters are outstanding. but sometimes the oil is too old and they taste very bitter. The restaurant is always needing extra cleaning care, same thing with the washrooms.
Poor experience the customer service is 2 stars at best not the best Mary Brown’s. The food especially is the worst. The chicken feels like rubber and is just not good. Most places have a few bad apples but here everything is wrong
