Placed an order at 9:30am for pickup at 11:40am and when I had someone from work go to pick it up the order wasn't even started. He finally left at 12:30. I called to see what happened and all I got was "we're really busy". Now there's some top quality customer service for you.
This was my first time going to Mary Browns chicken, and although the food tasted good, I was very disappointed by the size of my spicy "Big" Mary... mainly because there was nothing big about it. I opened up the carton and all I saw was bun... and when I lifted the bun, the chicken breast was about 8cm across, if that. FAR from what it looks like in their ads. Waited over 15 minutes, after I ordered, only to receive the tinest "Big" Mary i have ever seen. First/last time going to Mary Browns.
I have always had excellent service here and the food is always delicious and hot
