Both times I ordered out at this location they gave me a much smaller piece of chicken then normal. I don't recommend this Mary Brown's at this location, instead I recommend the one in Essex which is really great.
Food was hot, fresh, flavourful and filling! Staff was kind and courteous! Obsessed with the coleslaw!
I ordered 6 Big Mary based on their promotional offer. I have been handed over chicken tender instead of big Mary patty with Big Mary bun. They prepared the orders at their own will; mayo and cabbage were missing in some of the burgers. If you don’t have availability; then stop selling the products and communicate the same with customers. You guyz just created a dissatisfied customer base out of your promotional offers.
Showed up at 4 pm, only to find out they were out of chicken. Kind of crazy not to plan for that, when MB was doing a special. They weren't even that busy so I don't understand how that was possible. Intentional to not offer the deal???
