Amazing service and they treated customers with extreme care. Especially Nav who was very nice and was incredibly patient. I will definitely be coming back!
Will not go back to this location. They won't let you do any substitutions to the batters box that I literally get done ALL the time. The José habanero sauce was in some little dinky container for 1 person when all the other locations give you in a small MB container. I will stick to my usually locations. Not this one !
The cashier was rude,when asked a question about a food item, she was rude and answered in an annoyed manner
I went to the drive-thru, and first the girl seemed very confused while taking my order. Then she gave me the wrong order and blamed me, saying that I had placed it incorrectly. She was also very rude. The staff really needs to learn proper customer service skills. It’s not about the taste of food but serving customers politely matters a lot.
VERY SLOW, doesn’t matter if you go through the drive thru or order through the app or walk in. Would never go to this location again because of the long wait times.
