I found the young lady that took my order acauttly rude,rolling there eyes at a customer is a big no no!The 2 peice meal was cold even before I got to my truck which it was right in front of the door.The young lady really needs to go get better English classes cause I had to ask her to repeat her self 4 times.The lettuce on my chicken burger was gone bad before hitting my bun
Been going to mary brown's for a long time. The store at Mcphillips is able to give me fries with the spicy seasoning on top. Regardless of what size I order. Why does the one at Portage not do the same? Should I not expect consistency amongst all the stores? I'm going to the same business, but a different location, but the cashier at Portage strictly told me, "No we cannot add spicy seasoning to the fries". Nothing to do with the cashier but this needs to be managed better. Disappointed.
Food seems to hit or miss in portion servings. My child's chicken tenders were 1 "normal" looking tender and 2 left over trimmings sized(one was the size of my thumb). My Spicy sandwich was sloppy put together but tasted alright. Interior is standard eat n go fast food feel. They gave burger with mold in it. I have pictures of it. When I call the brunch they are like all the buns are like this careless. How they are even allowed to sell burger when they know there is mold. I called the brunch at Monday Oct 27, 5:15 PM. Without solving my problem the girl who picked up my call just hung up on me. Order Number: 10834939 I am never going here again. If you go there you might end up in hospital
