Firstly, they refused to sell me extra sauce. Once I got home I discovered my sandwich was made wrong. When I called back to ask for the corporate office phone number, they told me to look it up myself & hung up on me!! Completely unacceptable. Will not return!

However, there's a recurring issue with special instructions being ignored when ordering through apps like Uber Eats or the mary browns app. I always request extra spicy and to have the fries packed separately from the chicken, but unfortunately, these notes are almost always overlooked.
