I ordered big Mary sandwich from here and the bun is really too cold. It’s seems like they haven’t steamed it.First time ordered from here and it’s worst experience.
Had two of the most chewy and dry chicken sandwiches ever last Monday portions of it was unedible. Not sure what the deal is they all seem to have issues in varying degrees. They were amazing when they first opened
Very disappointing experience at Mary Brown’s on 1504 st Mary’s rd. The sandwiches i was served came on bread that was nearly frozen, wet, and completely unpleasant to eat. I returned the food expecting at least some acknowledgment or an apology, but the staff didn’t seem concerned at all about the poor food quality or the time they wasted. Customer service is just as important as the food. At the very least, hire people who actually want to be there and care about the customers they’re serving.
