Excellent food. Outstanding helpful staff. Fast food atmosphere
Let me get this straight... you charge extra for white meat and when ordering two 4pc meals you give us 6 wings and 2 sides???! That is ridiculous. Plus, after paying $50.83, we get in the car and check the bag (due to previous issues at this location)... sure enough they forgot the gravy! Don't waste your time and money going to this location... it's worth the drive to another Mary Brown's location...they should just close this one down and put in another McDonald's or something... pitiful!
There are a few Mary Brown's locations in Kitchener-Waterloo. Most of the time I visit the Strasburg location because the service there is above and beyond what I expect from a fast food restaurant. I have on two occasions ordered from the Erb Street location. The first time was out of convenience but the second time was purely an accident because I forgot to change the pickup location in the app back to the Strasburg store.
