It is very disappointing when you’re in a mood for the best chicken in Waterloo you get there and there’s nobody at the front. We waited for 15 minutes. Customer service is terrible,

I always loved Mary Brown's.The taste of the food was good. But, we got the 9 piece meal last weekend for dinner, we were disappointed.The price went up again. About $3.00. I understand the price going up because everything is always going up. The thing, I don't understand is why the amount of food was smaller. The boxes of taters are smaller, the container of gravy too. Out of 9 pieces of chicken , we got 2 decent size pieces. The rest was wings and drumsticks.
