Ordered through the app- Nashville chicken tenders. The estimated time was 15mins. Once ready, I picked up my order and the food was cold!! Very disappointing, they do not serve freshly made food!! The chicken tenders were mostly likely sitting for hours!! I do not recommend this place, worst Mary browns location!!
Great experience at this Mary Brown’s! The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The place was clean and well run I’ll definitely be back!
Brutal wait time, the staff seemed clueless and their attitude was unprofessional. The app told me that the order would be ready at 7:32pm, and I had to wait until 7:48pm. Totally unacceptable.
