UPDATE I'm not sure what happened to this location but tonight we had the worst meals ever at a MB. The chicken was DRY. The taters were only partially battered and the poppins were mostly old pieces of hard, fried batter. Awful. I can't believe we spent $50 for two meals. These "reviews" are wild. We have been eating here for years its been solid every time and staff are great. Looks like 1 person had a bad experience and roped in every friend to review it poorly.

My wife and myself have been coming to Mary Brown for some time now locally and in the Okanagan. We have preferred to support our Canadian businesses rather than the "other" brands. When Mary Brown came on the market, the product was great, chicken was perfectly cooked, good sized pieces, the wedges were good sized and perfectly cooked. Terrible customer experience. My order wasn't ready for 30 mins after the estimated pick up time, and the staff didn't even acknowledge it. I arrived to pick it up, was told they were just getting it ready and 30 mins later they handed it to me. They did not engage with me at all, just ignored me asking how long it would be so I could decide to just cancel at that point. Really unfortunate experience and will just support other local restaurants
