⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered takeout from the Mary Brown’s at 18655 Fraser Hwy, Surrey last night around 9–10 PM. My partner is pregnant and had cravings, and since we recently moved to the area this was our first time trying this location — unfortunately it will also be our last. They working hours is written tell 2 am I came around 10km far away but it is close 12:32 am
They close earlier than the times they say. I showed up 45 minutes before their listed closing time and there was no one there.
The service was prompt. Open late for us folks that work into the night.
