They refused to refund my money and points for an order that was misplaced due to a different location. I tried to call multiple times within a few minutes after placing the order on the app but they only picked up the phone when the order had been prepared. They said they they could not cancel the order when another branch and Mary Brown’s head office said they could. Absolutely one of the worst locations to order from, it happened a couple of times that I pick up an online order and after I leave I find a missing item, call the store and they apologize and say we will compensate you the next time, can’t get a refund through the app, absolutely inconvenient.

incapable de s'excuser quand il ferme a 9 pm à la place de 10 pm . ce commercant ne sais rien du commerce. a banir des cartes et de google map.

The food at Mary Brown’s on Fairville is consistently tasty, and the service is generally quick. However, I feel the staff could be a bit more informative and take the time to explain things clearly when customers have questions. A bit more engagement would make the experience even better. Overall, it is a good spot for a quick bite with room for a little improvement in customer service.
