I had a very disappointing experience at Mary Bridge Urgent Care. I brought my baby in because he had gooey eyes, a wet cough, snotty nose, and congestion. I was concerned and expected at least a thorough evaluation, but I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was told nothing was wrong. I arrived 20 min before my daughters appointment. After 20 min past my appointment I realized most of the families that had come in after me had been seen before me and left. I even overheard someone say they were late because they went to TWO of the wrong offices. She was shortly seen 2 min later while me and my daughter sat for another 10 min. At this point it's 30 min past our scheduled appointment and people showing up late are being seen before people showing up early. We will no longer be seeking care here and I hope e... read more

I cannot sing the praises of this clinic enough. My kiddo saw Oscar Herrera an ARNP here last week. I was super impressed with his approach to care and willingness to consult with other providers on what was going on with my kiddo. He also reached out via mychart to check in on how my son was doing the days following. I had never had an urgent care provider follow up-thank you for your true compassion for care.

We had an appointment. The baby's 7 months old. Nasal swab for a covid. The nurse scratched the child's airway, the child was bleeding. We won't come here again !!!!
