We've always had a good experience here at the urgent care. The providers take their time, they answer all your questions, and are always accurate with their treatment plans!
I used to love this clinic, but I guess when you book a late in the day appointment the doctors and staff just want to go home. I asked for a simple prescription to be sent to the 24 hour pharmacy. Like looked the doctor in the face and asked. She said “sure”. Then they sent it to a pharmacy that was already closed and my child has to suffer through another night of an ear infection. All because it was quitting time. So sad.
This is the only urgent care I take my kids to. With 6 kids, we've been here often! It's always easy to get in, very low wait times and everyone working here has been great. The front desk, nurses and drs have been kind, informative and always make sure our issues are taken care of before we leave.
