Staff is friendly and helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience. One of the doctors was great with both my kids, and seemed very caring. He explained causes of symptoms and treatment options, as well as why he would recommend some and not others. The doctors here have had great communication and interpersonal skills which made visits amazing and left us leaving with peace of mind.
Horrible folks, I have never experienced this kind of treatment from any hospital than this facility. From receptionist to Dr's , treating people however they want . I hope they or their love ones also experience what they did to us in a different place . I cursed them today with my tears !!!! Horrible people , the lump i have in throat because of how they treated us 😪, should double down on them .
I brought my daughter here and while the medical assistant was great and the wait time was short, the Dr was awful. Her bedside manner when addressing me and my concerns was not appropriate for the situation. She made me feel like we were an inconvenience and that I was wasting her time. However, my daughter had been very sick for days and had such bad stomach pain she was in tears. I am not a Dr so I brought her in to be checked out in case it was appendicitis. I will not be returning to this urgent care.
This place is absolutely amazing, I have gone twice without making an appointment and gotten out in under an hours Staff is so friendly and never make me feel crazy (first time mom here) I will be back for all my needs. Thank you so much Mary Bridge Staff 😊
