From my experience. I felt a bit of snap behavior with the speech therapist. Know it all behavior and snootie. One star example right there! Set that aside I think this location have many social interaction inconveniences that would make you think “ Why would they say that?” Or “ What do you mean by that?” Type of vibes. My son’s appointment is a 3/5 star experience. I believe this location has professional staff, but I felt a bit uncomfortable when asked questions that confused me, I felt a bit of snap behavior with the therapist . I’m going to give this place a try and if we see or hear anything that needs attention then I will update. I had a really worst appointment schedule today . First of all the appointment was actually scheduled from 10:30 to 11:30 so it was almost 12 that nobody take care of. Second there was a lady who is Technologist name ALISHA, she was super rude and super irresponsible and I’m really sorry for her… I request from management team to speak with your staff at least once a month and let them know their job.
