Mary Briancesco is the best realtor - I would recommend her to anyone. She definitely has her clients’ best interests at heart. Mary was amazing during the whole transaction!!! She is ready for every possible challenge that comes with selling a home. We needed some interior carpentry and painting… no problem! It was done in a week!!! Grass cut… no problem! Mary has some one!!! She is always will to help and is on top of all issues! We felt comfortable and Calm during the whole process!
Mary was very professional,knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire home buying experience. She doesn’t push you to buy, she lets you go at your pace. It took me almost 2 years to find the house I wanted and she was very patient with me through the entire process. She will always get back to you with any questions or concerns you may have and if the house is junk she’s not afraid to tell you. Would definitely recommend!
