Hello Patients of Dr. Tomaselli, MD.I reviewed all your comments and I have to say Medical Records seems to be the concern. On April 17, 2023 Dr. Tomaselli sent an email to all patients that provided their email address a letter explaining that we were discontinuing imaging services on 05/15/23. In the letter it provided how to obtain your medical records and referring locations. Absolutely horrible customer service from the front desk. It has been an ongoing fight for medical records for months.
Worst experience of my life trying to get my records. 6 times there still no records They r the worst
Went in for my yearly visit with Dr Tomaselli and had the absolute worst experience with the front desk admin. Though I had an appointment, I was denied Healthcare because I did not have my CD with me, even though the imaging center had sent my report to the office. Ok, policy is policy. But the way I was handled. Trying to get your records is beyond horrible. Following all their guidelines and leaving 6 messages to needing them over 2 weeks and I’m being told I didn’t leave any messages and I’m wrong. Still don’t have my records and now being forced to complain to state that my records are not being supplied to me. Sad part is the Dr is great but dealing with office is literally exasperating. Don’t appreciate being told I’m lying when I have my phone records showing how many times I’ve called
