Called about my Mother. Had question. No call back. Not the first time. The whole call system.is made to keep you from doctors. Don't know if messages get through, or if they just choose to ignore you. Understand I have been fighting for my Mother for over six months. So over, people not answering questions, returning calls and the whole runaround.
