Dr. Ballard was amazing. There were some unusual circumstances, and she handled them professionally and patiently. She was amazing about explaining how to handle them at the time and in the next couple of days. She made everyone feel very comfortable.
My son got his wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Ballard was very thorough and made our entire experience great. She even called and checked to see how things were going later that evening after we got home. All around excellent and highly recommended!
The Dr. Was very kind and explained everything In detail and did a very kind follow up call after the procedure would highly recommend
Mary Ballard is very nice and professional. She spoke to me before and after the procedure and allowed me to ask any questions I had. She also followed up with me hrs after the procedure to ask how my son was and if I had any questions and gave me a number to contact her with any questions. Thank you Dr. Ballard.
