Customer service is non existent. I only went to the initial appointment and scheduling a follow up has been impossible. No call back or response to voicemails or emails. My name has also been misspelled in their system for some reason because I provided detailed paperwork and my prescriptions keep using the wrong name even though I asked for it to be corrected. I’m switching doctors because it doesn’t matter how knowledgeable the medical professional is if there’s no communication and care for her patients.
Dr.Babcock is a great doctor who really cares about her patients and embodies what many doctors should strive to be.

Doctor Mary Babcock is the best pain doctor I have seen since I have moved back here to Virginia 3 years ago. After going to several doctors Mary Babcock was the only one that took me seriously and prescribed pain medicine to me to help with Stiffman Syndrome. Until I moved to Richmond, VA and was out of my network for insurance. Instead of keep prescribing my pain medications she broke the law by cutting me off and refused to prescribe me pain medicine.
