In a personal matter, this person used her own business card to write a note about not parking in front of her duplex, which she subsequently placed on a vehicle. This duplex is in the Lincoln neighborhood; the car was parked on the street, which was not blocking the driveway, in the driveway itself, or otherwise in violation of any city parking codes.
