I highly recommend Mary_Ann and Sam! They were professional, personable, and very effective throughout. They did a terrific job marketing my home, which brought in lots of viewers to the open house shows. They managed the offers and the negotiation process very well with a clear presentation of my options. They coached me through the various stages and offered help all along the way, too. I especially appreciated their knowledge, skill, and patience.

I found Mary-Ann by happenstance, she was representing a property that I wanted to look at as a potential buyer, and I didn’t know anybody in the Lakes region. Despite not being my realtor, she agreed to take me around to other properties that same day and had tons of knowledge about the area and differences between the communities.
