Met Dr Chandy first time today. She is very warm and thorough. Nurse Ana and other members on the team are wonderful too.
Dr. Chandy is exceptional. She is thorough in every visit, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed. Not only does she exhibit excellent bedside manner, but she genuinely cares for her patients’ well-being. Her reception staff is also fantastic—both professional and welcoming. I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits. Additionally, the office is transparent and professional in communicating policies, such as those regarding lateness, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for all.

Unfortunately I can’t speak for the doctor but I was unable to be seen as a new patient at 1:11 for a 1pm appointment due to a “strict 10 minute policy” which no one ever mentioned when I booked the appointment. After I apologized and explained that I had waited 3 months for an appointment and fasted all day, and took a half day from work for this appointment, there was “no way I can be seen.” Absolutely ridiculous.
Dr. Chandy is thorough. Great bedside manner. Responsive. She listens. I’m happy I found her. I have 4 stars because of reception. They’re usually just as awesome as Chandy but there was an occasion where I called about a prescription and I felt like I was being rushed off the phone.
