For three days they were telling us they were taking our love one, only to call at end of day 3 and said they decided not to. We are now at square one trying to get help.
The staff is nothing but friendly and helpful. They answer any questions I have day or night. All the time I've visited, I've never seen an upset resident. It saddens me to see such negative reviews, on such a loving and caring facility.
My mother lived here from June 2016 to June 2020 and it was a great place for her; we hated to move her but had no choice since we were moving to Texas. She loved the people there, was happy, and the people ar Mary & Martha's DO care for their people. My wife and I moved from Chattanooga to Texas in 2020 and are moving back to Chattanooga in 2021. Would never leave a loved one at this place. Care was so bad we had to move her. No nurse of staff to administer drugs to where we had to call our hospice nurse to come even in middle of the night. They knew up front that this patient had cancer and would need narcotics but never mentioned they were not allowed keep our person comfortable. The staff mispronounced meds and seemed uneducated in health care.
The staff is super friendly and they honestly take great care of residents!
