I tried several times to give Dr. Willard a chance. Despite having hypothyroidism, she was reluctant to order a thyroid blood panel, ignoring my classic thyroid related symptoms. Dr. Willard also confirmed my very recent diagnosis of PTSD yet still belittled my depression. Her demeanor was tactless at best.
She was the worst "doctor" I have ever had. She lacked compassion, empathy, and especially understanding. I went to her once, and after feeling like I had been violated, I never went back to her. I'D RATHER BE SICK!
