I went to her for many years she’s a wonderful doctor ! I had to move but wish I could duplicate her - highly recommended

Dr lowery is thorough, comes prepared, and spends time with patient (me). It’s obvious to me that she knows my chart before seeing. She the best primary in ever had.
Dr Lowery walked my friend through her cancer diagnosis and care. Dr is caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She was a “5”. Staff very poor on follow up and referrals.
I only called to ask a couples questions and schedule an appointment. I asked the person Tony I think on the phone " is this a womens care doctor?" And they responded with awful attitude "well are a royalty medical group". In no way shape or form is that answering my question. Yes or no is all I needed and all I asked for. Why would I bother coming in when that's the kind of treatment I get on the phone alone.
