My experience with Marxair was terrible. They have terrible customer service, policy and employee treatment. My furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the winter and a technician came out to fix my furnace. He found a quick solution in a few minutes and told me I wouldn’t need to pay for the repair as it was simple. I was blown away. I need to get a new furnace in the coming year so I thought I would go with this company in the future. Then a few weeks later I was billed for $270.
