1 star. I absolutely do not recommend MARXAC_EXTREME_CUSTOMZ. Save your money and take your vehicle somewhere else. Back in January, I went to Rodney for a radio upgrade, interior LED lights, and window tint after he showed me a vehicle he had done that looked very good. What I received looked nothing like what was promised. My radio gave problems from day one, and they were still trying to figure it out when I arrived to pick up my vehicle after having it for 12 hours. Rodney is the man! I came across Marxac on Google and the reviews is what made me select Rodney and his team to upgrade my stereo system. I love it and is way better than my manufactured because it comes with Android Auto! Rodney knows his stuff. I will definitely use him again!
My experience with this shop was not good. I brought in a vehicle on 3/4/26 to have old tint removed and replaced, along with an Android Auto module and backup camera install. The job wasn’t completed until 4/1/26 almost 3 weeks, which I was told was due to parts/vendor issues. When I picked the vehicle up, the work still wasn’t fully completed as the backup camera barely works. Most of the tint was replaced, but one section was left with the original tint still on it. This was my experience (short version) of things that I found unprofessional. 1. Communication between owner and myself was awful. There was little to no communication and what was communicated left me baffled. 2. I specifically requested for spare tire not to be removed and amplifier to be put in specific in a specific location. Spare tire was still removed and amp was not installed in requested area. Marxac is OUTSTANDING!!! Rodney and his crew are personable, professional, and affordable! They do quality work on time and keep you informed.
