Rodney installed a dashcam in our new car. Very professional job! No visible wires. Great customer service. The dashcam was installed in about 2 hours. They are veteran friendly! Highly recommended. I would give then 6 stars.
Rodney and his team are phenomenal. I came in for a consultation and Rodney set expectations about my options - find a replacement or have my console modified and I appreciate him being upfront because there was a massive price difference and he made sure I understood. Installation was smooth and affordable. To set expectations, this is a small (but growing business) so be gracious and have some flexibility. Rodney does a great job on educating people about what he's talking about (saw this with other customers as well).
The customer service from this shop is incredible. I called from three states away asking about a project for my mom's car. Rodney took my info and got back to me within the hour. I later talked to another employee who was equally helpful. They put this much effort into an out of state inquiry, I can only imagine how attentive and helpful that are when you are standing in their shop. Thanks so much for your help, guys. A+++
