Called all day long on tuesday April 1st to try an make an appointment and no one answered the phone !
Never got to actually go due to scheduling and medication. Staff was mediocre yet somewhat rude. After having to put a deposit down it felt cheap. I discussed with my primary and got a referral to Shreveport. No deposit and was very nice. I guess what spooked me the most is that he is retiring in December and I just don't want grampa joe to be cutting on me. However, I never had the chance to go so take this review how you want.
Dr. Marx is a wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable Physician. He and his staffmake the best team. I am so greatful for the survices he provided me.
Dr Marx,his wife and staff are very caring and professional. They all are very courteous and knowledgeable of the area of medicine practiced there and go beyond understanding and listening to your issue that brings you in.
