Great costumer service and helped out picking a reliable frame depending on the job and for day to day things
Marx Optical, Kristy and Carly are AWESOME young ladies. Very knowledgeable and helpful to pick out your glasses trying them on. Dr Brach is great also. Everyone there make you feel Welcome. Only place I have gone for a lot of years!!!!!!
I have used Marx several times in the past so last Friday afternoon I came in with my prescription to get a new pair of glasses. It was busier than I expected however I was immediately greeted by a young man who explained that every associate was busy and that someone would help me as soon as possible. I shopped around for new frames for a short time then another young man, who’s name I can’t remember, came by and told me as soon as a desk opened up I was next. Dr. Brack is amazing. I’m seeing better than I have in years!! I walked in unhappy with my glasses, contacts and reading glasses. I walked out with bifocal contacts. I can see better at distance AND see my phone without readers. I loved this visit from the minute I walked in the door…a bunch of folks with positive energy! Thank you
