Adon Fraser was the technician assigned to our home's HVAC service issue. He performed the necessary maintenance/repairs quickly and efficiently... But what was more impressive was his patience when I asked him about 20 questions pertaining to, not just our system--but how HVAC systems work in general.... Based on our experience with Adon, I would highly recommend Marx Mechanical for the professionalism and customer relations skills that they likely look for, and require of their employees...
Our pool heat pump was no longer heating. Marx had a technician come out the same day (Saturday). Cheyenne (hopefully I've spelled his name correctly) was extremely friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem - it needed a new capacitor. Since he didn't have the correct size on hand, he was able to get the heat pump working again with a temporary, smaller capacitor. Marx is coming back on Monday to swap it out for the correct size. Would highly recommend Marx to anyone. Thanks Cheyenne!
My air conditioner broke down. 20 years old. They gave me a quote telling me how much of the cost of a new one would be taken up by repair. I decided on a new one that they had in stock. They came quickly and were very friendly and clean. I’m so happy with the service.
