My air conditioner broke down. 20 years old. They gave me a quote telling me how much of the cost of a new one would be taken up by repair. I decided on a new one that they had in stock. They came quickly and were very friendly and clean. I’m so happy with the service.
Had a really great experience with Marx! Called them yesterday about an AC issue - they sent Aidan here this morning and he did a really great job. Marx Mechanical has great service for furnace and AC servicing. In particular, I really appreciate Erfan Amini's service. He's been to my house 3 times over the past year to service the furnace and now the AC unit. Each time he's been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time needed to do a great job, and also take the time to explain the issue(s) at play, and the options to fix them. We highly recommend this company. They serviced our Heat pump system, the technician Erfan was so pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained more to us about heat pumps then the original installers. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Would recommend them to anyone, Thank you!
