We contacted Marx when our furnace broke down, Efran arrived was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue & explained in detail what he was doing to resolve the issue. Within 30 minutes he had our furnace working perfectly. I highly recommend Marx for any heating /cooling issues. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
Excellent service from start to finish. Jason did a great job troubleshooting the furnace and clearly explained the issue. The installation by Shayan and Lucky was completed with great care and professionalism. The turnaround time was quick, and everything was handled efficiently. The work area was left clean. Highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Service is good but I was charged over $1700 for an Actuator change on condo unit hvac. I was told it would be $1340 installed but I gurss I forgot they charge another $150 for diagnostics on top of that. When I asked how much part vs labor was, they told me they don't disclose that information. Probably because of the fact they over charger me over 300%.
