I forgot the keypad combination to my safe and found Mark after my local locksmith did not want to help. He went above and beyond in my eyes by not only getting me on his busy schedule but also contacting cannon and getting information on how to get a master reset. It was the best and cheapest way to go. His customer service and knowledge saved me alot of time and hassle. I would not recommend any other company in this trade
Max Locksmith did an excellent job and even arrived earlier than expected.
I called Marx Locksmith services to see if he could change the locks/keys on a couple Schlage door handle sets I bought to match the rest of the house. Since he doesn’t have a retail location he advised me that the service call to my house wouldn’t be worth it for me. Someone actually being honest!? I was blown away at his honesty along with he gave me the name of a business I could drive to and walk in and get these re keyed and the price was outstanding.
