While the dentist was competent and pleasant, and the office was clean, I had to take away two stars from my rating because of the office staff. I had a question about part of my bill that they needed to check up on and promised to call me back but never did, even after several followups on my part. On the last attempt, I wanted to pay the part of the bill that was not in question and they would not accept my payment. Who refuses money these days? My experience here was terrible. There was no hygienist or front desk staff, just the dentist. He never introduced himself, so I can’t even confirm his name. He just sat down and told me he was short staffed. He wasn’t sure if I had X-rays taken at my last visit because not all my recent info transferred over, but I guess didn’t have the time to take them that day due to short staff. Insisted I had two cavities, even though he didn’t take X-rays (which maybe, but I haven’t had a cavity in over 10 years). He was eager to get ... read more
