The employees were very friendly both on the phone and in person. This is obviously a store that carries higher end items so when I only needed some accessories I was concerned I would be put behind customers ordering bigger ticket items. However, I was still treated well. They have a tremendous amount of inventory with more that just fireplaces and lighting, including closet organization systems, outdoor furniture, decorations and other items.
