Slower than all get out. Appointment was at 12:15. It is now 1:30 and I have not seen the doctor yet
I felt called to leave this review because of the sheer gratitude I have for a provider who truly cares. Dr Grayson has been an incredible advocate for me and my health journey. Dr. Grayson is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. He’s professional, prompt, and kind. He communicates with you in a way you can understand and that makes sense and he takes all concerns seriously which is so appreciated. I have complete confidence in his care. The staff is wonderful as well. They are responsive and friendly.
I feel lucky to have found Dr Grayson! He is a good listener, truly cares about his patients, explains things so that you understand., and he is very empathetic! He has a sense of humor which at times is important ! I have an annual physical this week , It is getting hard to get a good time for an appointment with him, he stays booked up! I started seeing him when he was fairly new I believe, he was able to give more time then but he makes sure to he thorough! I recommend him to people who need a PCP!
"Dr. Grayson is the worst family doctor I have visited. My visit was for an annual checkup, but he made several mistakes with the billing code (it was supposed to be preventive, but he coded it as diagnostic). I ended up paying for his mistake. He and his office were completely suck. I would NEVER recommend him at all. He is a TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!
