I walk in with a picture of the trailer jack stand. He knew exactly what it was that he had to order it and could get it there in a day or two and I came back and it wasn't there yet, but I came back and he had two he let me pick from top crank or side crank it was up to me. I would trust him with any kind of trailer from boat to heavy dumpster to the camper trailer. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge.
