They had to replace a thirty year-old shower valve. The original construction did not leave access to the plumbing. They were able to put in one and also cleaned the area after they were done.
Very quick and very professional.
Update... Had another different problem. The plumber was great! So far they haven't disappointed. The plumber seemed like he did a good job replacing a drain pump in the basement. He ran a little late and we were charged $200 more than quoted when I set up the appointment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
