I am extreme disappointment regarding the service I paid for in advance. Despite numerous assurances from Antony since December that the work would be completed, and countless messages and text messages, Antony has consistently failed to fulfil his promises and has not shown up as scheduled. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is completely unacceptable.
