If i could give 0 stars i would. This is a late review, because i hoped with time the anger would calm, but genuinely it hasn't. We had worked with Marv previously on our vehicle, and had recieved reasonable servoce/prices, and so when my husbands car developed a nasty knock last year we brought it to Marv to replace the engine. He had the car for weeks, requested partial payment halfway through after we has already bought the engine ourselves to be replaced. Marv is honest, affordable, and does good work.
We dropped off my 2021 blue metallic Ford Mustang convertible for an oil change in mid June. When I went to pick up my car after being serviced, I found an "H" carved into the driver's door down to the metal. One of Marv's boys had been kind of hovering around watching my husband and I find the damage. He came over to me and said it looked like it had been caused by someone using a nail.
