Will shop Lowe's and Home Depot from now on althought I have spent over $5,000 at Marvins this summer. They do not offer returns at ANY Marvins; it has to be store purchased at. The other 2 giants are not like this. Maybe that is why Marvins is not where they are. Not a Marvin't customer any longer

Just had telephone call I received from, a Marvin's employee. He was so rude and argumentive to an elderly woman like me. He's definitely in the wrong position to talk to the public. Has no respect at all. Maybe he should consider a new profession. You are ruining your company's name. Hope your supervisor wises up.
The only person that ever asks and tries to help me is Jennifer. There was a boy that we had to flag down and wait on for a long time that made our keys wrong. They got stuck in our door. Jennifer is always so nice and helps us find everything we need. I went in today and asked for her to be told that corporate fired her. The only reason I came to Marvin's was because of her. I will just go to Ace Hardware where they are happy to help. I have spent thousands of dollars in Marvin's but that stops today!
