My home warranty company sent this company to me for my air conditioning unit. When he arrived he was on his cellphone (airpod). He's definitely a scamming dude. He charged me a fee to literally use my waterhose to clean out some leaves from the air conditioning unit. He did not place my water hose back in it's proper place. Broke my water pipe in my attic, turned off the pipes, and never told me what he did
This company was hired by my warranty company to come and fix my air. Their appointment time was set between 3 and 8 pm. They arrived around noon. They did not call to say they would be arriving earlier than said time, they just showed up. Luckily someone was home. The guy went into my attic and then came back down and said "Oh, I can't fix that! Somebody messed with that. You need to call them. I'm not doing it!" He never attempted to diagnose the problem.
