The Andalusia location is going down hill. The majority of the employees are less then helpful or knowledgeable and most are just plain rude. None of them look happy to be there, no customer service or appreciation. The location is convenient but honestly I would rather take the drive to enterprise or into Florida and go to Home Depot or Lowe's
I really like the selections here, but the cashiers could be friendlier.
Super helpful, when you get there just tell an employee what you're looking for they will help you find it quickly
The lady that answered the phone was zero help. Asked if she had a specific type of paint and left me on hold for 5 minutes. So long that the hold system redialed the store number then no one answered. It would be helpful if the workers knew what their store sold.
