Derek went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part for my hot water tap - Thank you! This store has great weekend hours, and friendly, knowledgable staff.
Very shady sales will not be a return customer, purchased a brand new 58v 16” echo trimmer and I took it home placed battery on charge and battery did not take charge is defective. I called Marvin’s to ask about just returning the entire thing and getting something else, so that I am not having to deal with warranty through echo and was told that they will not take return. It’s was $251 and just a replacement battery is $200.. so just very poor customer service.
I love it here. Great small-ish town hardware store, just wish they were able to stay open a little later.
