Saw some weird kid up at rental reading some sort of web “comic.” If you can even call it that, considering that it seemed to be two males participating in mouth to mouth “combat.” Very inappropriate behavior not sure why the employees are permitted to do such things while working.
No one in the store could operate the machine to shake up paint. Ridiculous!!!!!
This place is USELESS! I’ve given them well over 10 chances because it’s close to where I live but I have yet to find what I need there. I’m done trying. Zero stars. In response to their cookie cutter reply, I’ll drive to Lowe’s from now on. I will NEVER give Marvin’s another minute of my time. Ever
I called twice, needing help with a glass window pane. I was hung up on the first time. Called back was put on hold and when someone did answer it was with BIG attitude. Told her I was happy to wait and didn't have any attitude and got hung up on again! Customer service is not something I have experienced very often with Marvin's.
Great customer service. I’d rate my experience a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back and will be sure to refer yall to my friends and family. Thnx for everything.
