I bought a gorgeous 2 diamond ring from them in 2019. Since then I’ve visited twice hoping to redesign a sapphire ring. I was never acknowledged when entering this small store. Even when I was the only client there. The store was filthy, smelled musty and the person at the desk didn’t acknowledge me at any point though he surely saw me in this small space. I walked out after waiting a good 15 minutes. Service gets “0” stars. Store is “0” stars. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the ring bought previously.
