I arrived early out of respect for others’ time, yet waited an additional hour to be seen. When I inquired about the remaining wait, I was informed there were still two patients ahead of me. This is unreasonable; I have professional obligations and cannot wait for several hours to be seen. I left because I had to go to work, and I will not be rescheduling with a physician who fails to schedule patients appropriately.
Dr Mina, I really want to share how wonderful my experience has been with him over the past three years. He consistently impresses us with his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Both my husband and I truly appreciate his dedication. He's always on top of everything, making us feel confident and cared for.
