I was very satisfied with the process and products.
The product seems good, but I'm quite unhappy with the installation process. The windows are in, and I trust that they were installed correctly. But I shouldn't have to trust that, and I would be more confident if the Project Manager had actually been on the job. First of all, the PM who came was not the guy who had come out to do the measurements, and whom I was told would be managing the installation. Instead, it was a different guy, Marco. Install went smooth and ontime. Marvin’s replacement Infinity windows were installed by a crew led by Anatoly. They were very diligent, courteous and hardworking. They had to work under difficult weather conditions in the middle of an atmospheric river with heavy rains and strong wind gusts. Overall, a positive experience and will enjoy these Marvin windows and doors for many years.
I would give them zero stars if I could. We replaced all of our house windows. Literally half of the windows arrived with either issues with the frame or glass. They replaced them all, but with several issues along the way. They replaced a frame that was cracked upon arrival, but did not seal the joint upon replacement, which led to water damage inside the house.
