Customer service is horrible and they are too busy after they get a commitment. I placed my order for many new windows @ thousands of dollars in October. I finally done with this company in March, well almost now I’m waiting on Costco close to $3k digital card and to start making payments. Gabriel the sales person, who was going to support me through the entire process, that’s BS after he sells you the windows doesn’t have time to return calls or text messages and doesn’t know anything about the contract he has you sign. I used Infinity by Marvin's window replacement service. They mismeasured a window, said it would take an additional 3 months to replace it, and throughout the process were horribly unresponsive. It was only after 5 escalations that I was finally able to get hold of someone who would help with money back for the mismeasured window.
It’s install day, and I couldn’t be more happier with my new sliding door 🤗 it’s absolutely gorgeous 😍 Lonnell and his crew arrived and completed the install in record time! They even hauled away the old door. Thank you, Lonnell for the follow up and swag bag. Top notch service!!
Worst experience. Got in contract last November and they were supposed to install in January. It is mid March and there is no date for them to install. We already escalated the issue and they were apologetic and were supposed to give us a date and discount to account for the issues. Over a week has passed and still no updates.
I made an appointment through Costco. I wasnt sure what to expect, but when the rep Heidi came, she was very personable, knowledgeable, and really helped me think through my options. I was very pleased.
