Completed work (2 large windows) in a timely manner, protected adjacent furniture with plastics to minimize dust , neat work, cleaned up. Very professional, courteous and polite.
The installers arrived on time and were very professional. They replaced every window in the home on December 29th and 30th, when the weather was just slightly above freezing. They managed the process to minimize discomfort from the cold. The work was beautifully completed.
We had two new Marvin windows installed by Infinity Replacement. The windows are great but the installation team, Sergio and Dimitri were phenomenal. They were friendly, careful and professional. They did an excellent job and there was absolutely zero damage to the inside or outside. I would definitely recommend the whole team to anyone replacing windows in their home.
Product quality is excellent and was provided as per contract. The installation team was on-time, courteous, covered the floor and house items in each of the work areas, and did a superb job efficiently and expertly installing the windows and screens (down to the caulking on the windows frames), then completely cleaning up before departing. I am extremely pleased with the results! Bravo!
The process of replacing 5 windows was efficient and painless. Kyle, the sales rep and Randy, the project manager were very informative and knowledgeable. The two installers were very cautious of our property. They did an excellent job of installing the windows, and cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company for window replacements.
