First off this review is not for the windows or the install team. The windows look fantastic and the install team was great. This review is about the Marvin back office. I ordered my Windows through Costco one reason was you get a 10% gift card on the pre tax purchase price. The contact says that you will receive your gift card within 7 days of Costco receiving confirmation of the job completion. Home location is Minnesota, rural south of the metro. We bought 30 windows and a patio door from Marvin. We opted for the low-visibility screen (easier to see through) on our patio door and a newly designed push-out window for 3 of our smaller locations. The low-visibility patio door screen started getting holes within about 2 years of installation (installed 2016). Marvin's double hung windows do not hold up in Minnesota winter weather. Constant freezing and water damage to the interior.
